Brandon Wladyko (134) sprints for the finish at ACAC 1 in Edmonton on Saturday

Three local men kicked off the cross country running season in Edmonton on Saturday at the ACAC 1 race at Goldstick Park.

GPRC’s Brandon Wladyko ran a strong race finishing 3rd among the College men.  Teammate Josh Malmesten had a 21st place finish while Peace Country Wolves Athletics Club runner Hayden Hollowell had a 6th place finish in the Open category.

A full squad of both GPRC Wolves women’s and men’s teams will contest ACAC 3 in Vermilion in two weeks time.
