A pair of meet records in the women’s 300m highlighted a spectacular fifth annual Rick Scott Open Indoor Track Meet at the Crosslink Fieldhouse on Saturday.
In heat one of the 300m, Kirsten Manz lowered her own 2015 meet record by 4/10ths of a second, covering the distance in 50.0. However, the new standard didn’t last long as Jamie Wigmore set yet another new meet standard in heat three with a time of 49.0.
Wigmore also lowered her own women’s meet record in 800m to 2:25.1.
